Book Review: Finding Forever
"It's a small world after all." I hope I have you singing along with me. This tune has been stuck in my head since I finished reading Finding Forever by Amanda J. Evans. That one sentence sums up the novella perfectly. Evans has created an amazing plot that you can tell was well thought out. The end result was an enjoyable light read which, for me, happened to fall on a rainy afternoon. I enjoyed being able to feel the same hazy unsureness about what was happening as the main character Liz was undoubtedly experiencing. From a technical standpoint this short novella was text book perfect. Evans crossed all her t's and dotted all the i's. As is the case with many novellas, the characters aren't quite as in depth as they would be in a full length novel. I would have liked to have seen a little more focus on the villain's development. Making him larger than life would have made this a five star review. Finding Forever is a book I will remember and Amanda J. Evans is an author I plan to keep following. I am expecting great things to come! 4/5 stars!
